Juniors and Seniors: It’s that time of year when you are contacted by companies claiming they are an academic honor society and for $75 they can help with scholarships and send you a fancy certificate. If in doubt about anything like this please check with Mrs. Blankenship or the high school office. Scholarships should give you money, not the other way around.
Ala carte...Beginning Feb 8, students will not be able to charge for ala carte items. Ala carte items are canned juices, pizza slices, chicken patties and such and are priced from .75-1.50. Regular meals are provided for free at this time. A student may pay cash for ala carte items at anytime. Ala carte is only available to 7-12 grade students.

A huge Ranger Thank You goes out to Elijah Pritchett and Kenzie Humphrey. These students are refinishing the science room tables that are showing wear after 30 years but are still sturdy and have a lot of life left. We are proud of our hard working students and appreciate their help in keeping our school nice.

Hannah is an absolute blessing! Each year she donates money to the Buddy Pack program that she raised from her Christmas light decorations. This year was the biggest donation yet, $1,700! We are blessed!

For those attending the boys varsity game at Capital City High School in Jeff City on Saturday...the doors will not open for us until 12:45.
The IES Christmas concert will be virtual this year, not in person. The concert will be released Tuesday, December 15. We hope you will cherish this video forevermore. The link will be shared with you as soon as it is available.
