Arrangements for Joseph "JJ" Smolich - Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 1 p.m., on Friday, December 29, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
We are deeply saddened to report the death of one of our high school students, Joseph Smolich, who died unexpectedly on Thursday. We have no additional details to share and have no information about funeral arrangements at this time. We ask that you keep Joseph and his family in your thoughts and prayers as they mourn this terrible loss. We will have counselors and staff members available when we return to school for anyone needing support in dealing with this tragedy. In the meantime, please reach out to our staff members or others if you need assistance.

High School Concert approximately 715 pm
Basketball game next Friday, 12/8 in Iberia with stover, will be a JV girls game, varsity girls game followed by the varsity boys starting at 5. We replaced the JV Boys game that was scheduled due to the number of games next week for the JV boys.
The 6th-12th Grade Band Concert is Monday, December 4th at 7:15pm in the High School Gym. Students need to report to the band room immediately following the Elementary concert at 6:30pm.
Christmas Concert and Art Walk on Monday, December 4. Art walk is 5-6 pm in the elementary hallway near the art room. Elementary Christmas concert begins at 6 pm, HS concert begins at 715 pm. Both concerts are in the high school gym.
Santa is coming to town!
Santa's Coming to Town! December 2nd from 9-10 am at the Iberia Pre-School Classroom. Join Parents as Teachers for a Christmas Party, eat cookies, do crafts, and see Santa.
Grandparents Day celebration assembly is tomorrow in the HS gym. Doors will open at 12:40. Come out and let us celebrate you! Cookies and coffee will be in the cafeteria after the assembly also.
